quote:
This year, Tulane returns only three starters and the potential for a decline is certainly possible. The Green Wave return no starters on the defensive line which may not be bad news considering the yardage the team allowed on the ground last season

Tulane has most of their players back on offense (10 returning starters according to ATHLON), including a pretty good QB in J.P. Losman. They lost nearly everyone from their defense except two or three guys.

Texas Tech has three returning starters on offense and six defensive starters back, including their entire DL.

Hope this helps

I lean to TCU. Their D was ranked top in the country last year and may actually even be better this year, from a personnel standpoint.

TCU's inexperience is in the O skill postions, but Tulane cannot exploit because their D is extremely green/ They graduated their entire DL.

I see a lot have dropped to 5.5, TCU is a really good football team and program. I give the points and see what happens.
